He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanley Jewel Chapman and Sandra Lou Hyer (Feazel); his daughter Stephanie Chapman; his uncles, Phillip Chapman and Shorty Chapman; his aunt Marlene Chapman; and his grandmother Gradie Chapman.
He is survived by: his spouse Candi Shepard; his children, Barbara Croy (Kaylah Milligan), Chad Lintner, Brandon Lintner (Courtney) and Charity Chapman (Jonathan Hackett); and his siblings, Vohana Breneman (Ron), Shelton Chapman (Cindy) and Sherry Musgrave.
