He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franks and Gladys Franks (Orrell); and his brother Edgar Franks. He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Wietbrock); his sons, Tim Franks of San Pierre, IN, Greg Franks (Darrah) of Columbus, IN and Ted Franks (Chrissy) of Hebron, IN; his grandchildren, Josephine Franks, Lucas and Renna Hinkle; and his brother Wylie Franks (Sherlin) of Texas.
