With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Summa (Kouts, Indiana), born in Jackson, Kentucky, who passed away on December 6, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Summa and Pat Summa (Watkins). He is survived by: his wife Judith Miller; his children, Gary Lee Summa (Shawn) of Kouts and Rhonda Walker of LaCrosse; his grandchildren, Lindsay Swartz (Bob), Rob Summa (Kyrsten), Corey Summa (Courtney) and Rain Walker; his great grandchildren, Addison and Brooklyn Swartz; and his brothers, Ralph Summa (Polly) and Larry Summa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gary's family.
