He is survived by: his children, Sherry Gauler (Matthew), Laurie Lively (Randy) and Steven Hodge (Ruth); his grandchildren, Megan Kortze (Andrew), Jacob Gauler, Randi Smith-Steward (Zach), Kurtis Lively, Kristi Thatcher (Alex), Jeremiah, Kaylea, Karianne, Karesse and Josiah Hodge; his great grandchild Kayin Smith-Steward; and his siblings, Shelby Putansu and Ronald Hodge (Barbara).
