She is survived by: her parents, William Smith and Jill Smith (Martin); her husband Richard Hayes; her children, Candace Lord (Jason), Crystal Bucher and Tyler Schultz; her siblings, Todd Smith (Rita) and Leah Lincoln; her grandchildren, Nolan, Alannah, Hailey, Makenna and Logan; and her pets, Max, Sophie and Arnold.
