He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Smith and Flora Smith (Dezarn); and his sons, Roger Smith and William Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne Thurmond (Mike), Robin Johnson (Kevin), Missy Bohac (Kevin), Cathy Hood and Debbie Havens (Mike); his grandchildren, Matt Smith, Autumn Smith, Jeremiah Hood, Jessica Johnson, Chastity Rance and Josh Bridge; and his great grandchild Evan Bridge.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bill's name to the National Wildlife Association or the Disabled American Veterans.
