He was predeceased by: his mother Heather M. Purvis (Mooney); his aunt Michelle Lybrook; and his grandparents, Ivan, Roberta Mooney, William Lynn Purvis and Lonnie Ray Tucker.
He is survived by: his father Bill Purvis (Carol); his children, Ta'Shyah Purvis and Waylen Stafford; his siblings, Ricki Purvis, Blane Coate and Kyle Coate; his grandparents, Rick Mooney (Debbie), Cathy Purvis and Marylene Tucker; his aunt Lori Thomas; and his uncle Chris Purvis.
