He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William E. Browning and Doris M. Browning (Shepherd); his wife Carolyn; his children, Kathy DeWitt (Mark), William Browning Jr. (Cheryl), Sandy Walker (Scott) and Jeffery Browning (Valerie); his siblings, Tom Browning, Ronnie Browning (Nanette), Terry Browning (Evaline) and Nancy Beswick (Charles); and his brothers-in-law, Jim, Doc, John and Tim Lowe. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
