He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl H. Miller and Ruby J. Miller (Bristo); his wife Patricia Shaffer; and his daughter-in-law Kelly Miller. He is survived by: his children, Kevin E. Miller, Kimberly L. Miller, Wendell E. "Gene" Miller Jr. (Michelle) and Leroy H. Miller (Julie); and his brother Carl D. Miller. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
