He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Otis Sr. and Willie Mae Anderson Fields. He is survived by: his wife Susie Ruth McClory; his children, Wayne Curtis Jr. Fields (Amanda), Stacy Sue Fields (Jerry Cannon) and Joseph Ryan Fields (Megan); his grandchildren, Elijah (Makinsey), Lily, Isaiah, Elizabeth, Ethan, Gentry, Paisley, Betsy, Norah, Katie and Silas; his sisters, Jane Tyler (John), Peggy Brewer (Randy) and Febia Fields; and his sister-in-law Rose Fields.
