With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne E McCord of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Florin J. McCord and Cleo Marie McCord; his former wife Martha McCord; and his brothers, Frank, Harold and Dick.

He is survived by: his wife Luella Jean McCord (Campbell); his children, Michael McCord (Tami), Jay McCord (Shelley) and Tina Blume (Rick); his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Ashley (Noah), Megan, Jayson (Leslie), Kayla (Quinn) and Brandyn (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Avery, Lyric, Nolan, Ryker, Cali, Oaklie, Anna, Zoey, Maya and Piper; his stepdaughter Nina Sozansky (Wayne); his sisters-in-law, Sharon McCord and Evelyn Altmeyer; and his nephew Alan McCord.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude.
