She was predeceased by: her parent Phyllis Bowling; her brother Mark Robinson; her grandparents, Willis E. Robertson, Sr. and Elsie Mae Robertson; her aunt Edith "Ann" Causey; and her uncles, Jack Robertson and Joseph Maddox.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer and Jessica Bowling; her stepson Tyrece Yard; the father of her children Gregory Helton; her brothers, Dean Robinson and Matthew Bowling; her aunts, Beverly "Jane" Maddox and Linda Colbert (Roger); her uncle Willis "Pete" Robertson (Sandra); and her grandchildren, Jamarius Collier, Whitnee Yard and Layla Jackson.
