It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy L. Chapman of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Flora Lee Chapman; her brothers, James Mason Chapman and Joseph Terrell Chapman; and her niece LaShawndria Danielle Chapman. She is survived by: her father James Albert Chapman; her sister Shantell Sullivan (Calvin); her sisters-in-law, Sharon Chapman and Ruby Chapman; her aunts, Shirley Dunnaway (John), Wanda Outland Lewis and Diann Chapman; and her uncle Raymond Dunn. She is also survived by fifteen nephews and nieces, twenty-three great nephews and great nieces.
