He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gabbard and Evelyn Gabbard; his daughter Tina Marie Gabbard; his siblings, Tina Smith and Billy Gabbard; and his stepmother Carol Gabbard.
He is survived by: his children, Cole Gabbard and Hope Gabbard; his fiancée Gina Hodges; his granddaughter Sawyer Gabbard; and his siblings, Mike Whittaker and Donna Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
