He is survived by: his daughter Kaylyn Popp; his siblings, Rick Cardwell and Kathy Mullen (Patrick); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Sands (David), Sue Ann Smith (Dewayne), Michelle White (Gary), Kamy Mullen, Dennis Popp (Diane), Peter Popp (Kelly), Jason Popp (Christy) and Richard Mullen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
