She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Wallis (Chris) and Tina Fivecoate (Keith Craig); her stepdaughters, Teri Cherry and Cindy Seals; her grandchildren, Ashlee Fivecoate, Jerrod Fivecoate, Kaitlin Wallis, Rodney Seals, Bradley Seals, Paul Cherry and Brian Cherry; her great grandchildren, Hope Brown, Brenton, Isaiah, Ella Cherry, Hayden Cherry, Samantha Casey, Megan Goodman, Caci, Garrett and Jake Seals; and her great great grandchildren, Emma, Dalton Casey, Lucas, Lillian Goodman and Raelynn Collins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Shirley's memory to the American Cancer Society.
