She is survived by: her sons, George Meacham (Melinda) and David Meacham (Sara); her caregiver James Cox; her grandchildren, Brice Meacham, Connor Meacham, Jaedyn Miller, Geordyn Meacham, Brenyn Meacham, Chloe Meacham and Camilla Meacham; and her siblings, Jack Sprablen, Silas Smith Jr., Larry Smith and Imogene Shafer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
