She was predeceased by: her parent Norval "Pete" Partlow; and her husband Paul E. "Geno" Gamblin. She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Partlow (Smith); her children, Melissa Cook (James) and Wes Gamblin (Jenny); her grandchildren, Grace Gamblin, Haydn Hunt, Carter Hunt and Marianna Hunt; her siblings, Dana Partlow (Yvette), Leschelle Harinton (Tom), Philip Partlow, Troy Partlow (Rhoda) and Yolanda Culler; and her brother-in-law Mike Gamblin (Noy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in Sabrena's name to the Sabrena Gamblin Memorial Scholarship Fund C/O Heritage Lanes, 1301 W. Lincoln Road.
