He is survived by: his parents, Sheryl Dean (Paul) and Lance Hulet; his wife Lindsay Arthur; his children, Emma Hulet and Griffin Hulet; his brothers, Bret Hulet (Lori) and Brad Dean (Krissy); his mother-in-law Linda Arthur; his siblings-in-law, Brad Arthur (Brooke) and Lacey Brown (Ryne); his nieces and nephews, Marshall Dean, Adler Dean, Brayd, Brody Arthur, Lucy and Rose Brown; his cousins, Jessica Franz and Madison Creasey (David); his close friends, Craig Musgrave (Nichi), Keaton and Avery Musgrave; and his pets, Harley and Comet.
