It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanne Milam of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 8, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Harold Douglas; and her husband Billie Milam. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Milam Pratt (Wade) and Chris Milam; her sisters, Vicki Carver and Renee Shanahan; her grandchildren, Jaden Pratt and Sierra Pratt; and her great grandchild Bentley Wells Sims.
