She was predeceased by: her father Daniel A. Duffek; and her grandparents, Edward, Dorothy Marten, Joseph and Olga Duffek.
She is survived by: her mother Arlene L. Duffek (Martens); her wife Jill A. Kapiloff; her siblings, Lynn Graves (Chuck), Beth Bokhart (Eric) and Christine Rassel (Daniel); and her nieces and nephews, Tyler Graves (Sarah), Monica Porter (Scott), Andrew, Alec, Margo Bokhart, Collin, Audrey Rassel and Christian.
