He was predeceased by: his parents, George S. Rafferty and Gladys Rafferty (Evertts); his daughter Shelley L. Field; and his siblings, Richard Rafferty, Barbara McDermott, Norma Olin and Mary Masin.
He is survived by: his wife Genevieve May Rafferty; his daughter Sherry M.; his son-in-law William Raymond of Elmira; his grandsons, William Jr., Scott (Stephanie) and Kevin Raymond (Ilissa); his son Robert E. Jr.; his daughter-in-law Laurie Rafferty of Kokomo, IN; his grandchildren, Sarah Bontrager (Tyson) and Joseph Rafferty (Katie); his son Randy D. Rafferty of Fishers, IN; his grandsons, Joshua, Zachary, Matthew Field (Krissi) and Jason Taylor (Angela); his brother George; his sister-in-law Mary Rafferty; his sister Beverly Berger; and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Lauper, Emogene Walborn, Jacquelyn Hults, Jeanette Good and Helen May.
