She was predeceased by: her father William "Bill" Buhr (Hawkins); her former husband Willie Dyer; her stepdaughter Jenny Miranda; her sisters, Suzan Dayhuff and Rebecca Woerner; her brother-in-law Don Woerner; and her niece Lindsay Dayhuff.
She is survived by: her husband George L. Young Jr.; her children, Kristina Dyer McCoy, Debbie Dyer Robbins (Scott) and George Lee Young, III; her grandchildren, Branden McCoy (Kathryn), Morgan McCoy, Jarrod Robbins, Alexandria Robbins and Harlie Robbins; and her siblings, Malissa Mitchell, J. B. Dayhuff (Teresa), A. J. Dayhuff (Brenda), Mary Ann Burton and Dianne Bailey (Tim). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (1229 N Washington St, Kokomo, IN 46901). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM.
