He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Satterthwaite and Rosanna Satterthwaite (Stoltz); his wife Rebecca Lou "Becky" Miller; and his brother Kevin Satterthwaite. He is survived by: his children, Terry Hicks, Brian Hicks (Jennie) and R. J. Satterthwaite (Jenna); his grandchildren, Tony Galloway, Paige Hicks, Oakley Hicks (Ashley), Trever Hicks, Cody Hicks, Carlie Campbell, Haley Tomlinson (Dayne), Jaydn Satterthwaite and Addi Satterthwaite; and his siblings, Mike Satterthwaite (Twyla), Dennis Satterthwaite (Mary), Charles Satterthwaite (Cheryl), James Satterthwaite (Kyle), Rose Marie Myers (Dale) and Christine Ebert. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
