He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kadlec and Mary Kadlec (Vavrik); his brothers, Thomas Kadlec (Helga) and Ronald Kadlec (Judy); his son-in-law Robert "Pat" Hill; and his former wife Bonnie Kadlec (Solomon).
He is survived by: his children, Candice Hill, Bonnie, Richard Kadlec Jr. (Sandra) and Ronald Kadlec (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Richard Holler (Diana Godet). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
