He is survived by: his father Donald Eugene; his wife Ellea Kay Benham; his son Elliott Benjamin Budd; his brother Jeffrey Budd; his parents-in-law, Garry Benham and Joan Ratcliff Benham; and his aunts and uncles, Jan Benham, Charlie, Bev Ratcliff, Judy Ratcliff, John, Barb Ratcliff and Katie Ratcliff.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Randy's memory to the Kokomo Humane Society or Community Howard Regional Health Foundation Behavioral Health Fund.
