She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Hartleroad and Emma Hartleroad (Hinson); her brother Dennis Farmer; her stepson Mark Kucholick; her siblings-in-law, Stan, Dana Kucholick and Steve Kucholick; and her nieces and nephews, Jansen Kucholick, Conner Exmeyer and Nikki Wainscott.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Kucholick; her son Jerry Hartleroad; her grandson Nolan Hartleroad; her stepchildren, Donivan Hummel, Jonathan Kucholick and Kristin Kucholick; her stepgrandchildren, Benjamin Kucholick and Kinsey Kucholick; her siblings, Doris Pickering (Butch), Stan Kucholick (Cindy), Kathann Zehring, Janet Kucholick, Karole Smith (Terry), Chris McKillip (Mike), John Kucholick, Deb Robinson (Dan), Joe Kucholick (Kim), Jim Kucholick and Karen Kucholick (Dave); her niece Amy Pickering; and her nephew Justin Pickering.
