She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred York and Cristel Carey; her siblings, Marilyn Bowers, John York and Dennis Carey; and her stepfather Donald Carey.
She is survived by: her husband Wilbur Burton; her children, Melanie Wolford (Ron), Robert Burton (Evelyn) and Ann Fewell (Todd); her grandchildren, Christopher Wolford, Megan Wolford, Alan Burton (Rita), Daniel Burton (Matayia), Nicholas Fewell and Brenda Divine; and her sister Kathy Copp (Steve).
