She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Scott and Florence Scott (Dubuque); and her siblings, Jim Scott (Anna) and Luanne Silence (Joe). She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Allen; her daughter Pam Carter; her grandchildren, Craig Reed and Nicole Bates (Barrett); and her great grandchildren, Emma Jagow (Liam), Tyler Reed, Parker Bates and Madilyn Bates. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
