He is survived by: his wife Connie Grover (Blaylock); his children, Michael Edward McCollum and Deidre Johnson (Jack); his grandchildren, Stephen Michael Berlanga (Michelle) and Alyssa Botsko (Nolan); his great grandchild Christopher McCollum; his stepgranddaughter Joelie Blaylock; his stepsons, Joe T. Blaylock II (Linda) and Josh D. Blaylock (Brian Chen); his sister Pam Nicholas (John); his nephew Josh; his niece Whitney Nicholas; his brother Rick McCollum (Linda); and his niece Abbee Summers (Michael).
