He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Collins (Wright); his sons, Jason Collins, Jeremy Collins (Michelle) and Cory Collins (Kami); his brother Kevin Collins (Roxanne); his brothers-in-law, Roger Wright and Jerry Vannatta; his grandchildren, Ashton Collins, Mallerie Collins, Kalen Carter and Makaila Collins; his nieces and nephews, Kevin Collins, II (Jennifer), Whitney Kepner (Brandon McKinley), Chase Collins (Michelle Mogg), Kaylee Vannatta (Jess), Bethany Vannatta, Elisha Zavada (Mark), Emily Wasson (Bob) and Katelyn Hudson (John); and his aunt Grace Thompson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
