With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda A. Waggoner of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Delphi, Indiana, who passed away on December 7, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Birley and Kate Myer (Randall); her spouse Billie F. Waggoner; and her stepfather Vern Myer. She is survived by: her stepson Todd Waggoner (Melanie); her grandson Dillon Waggoner; her great-niece Ariel; and her sister Sandi.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fellowship of Hope.
