He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. McClory and Dorothea McClory; his wife Nancy Harvey; his grandson Steven Easley; and his great great grandchild Korey Bowers.

He is survived by: his children, Chuck McClory (Jeannie), Dodie Willis, Rich McClory (Maggie), Rex Harvey (Michelle), Denise Huber (Bob), Melody Johnson (Phillip), Troy McClory, Lu Chalk (Dan) and Brenda Brenton.
