He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Balsbaugh and Donazetta Balsbaugh (Yankee); his brother Larry Balsbaugh; and his brother-in-law Glenn Conner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Balsbaugh of Kokomo; his children, Ryan Balsbaugh-Butcher, Lindsay Meicham and Jeff Payne; and his nieces and nephews, Bret Conner, Bart Conner (Katie), Deanna McCarter (Chad) and Robin Rudd (Steve).
Memorial contributions may be given to the Kokomo Rescue Mission in Lance's memory.
