She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. McGlone and Marguerite Anne "Peggy" McGlone (Yager); her daughter Shari Bowers; and her brother-in-law David Johnston. She is survived by: her husband Gary Johnston; her children, Troy Bowers, Kari Kerr (Greg), Jeremy Johnston and Traci Johnston; her sister Molly McGlone (Gloria Metzger); her grandchildren, Collin Keller (Storm), Tallis Bowers (Shelbi Fisher), Elizabeth Bowers, Shari Bowers-Dueker (Derek), Bailey Horoho, Cori Johnston, Harley Lawrence, Dakota Lawrence, Tyler Johnston, Rachel Johnston, Emily Johnston, Elsie Kerr and Abigail Bowers; and her great grandchildren, Serenity Brown, Oakleigh Lawrence and Asher Keller.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Kathy's memory to the Kokomo Humane Society.
