He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Colter and Ada Pearl Colter (Moore); his wife Roberta Colter (Sagarsee); and his siblings, Carroll, Carmon, James, Lewis, Leslie, Richard and Doris.
He is survived by: his children, David (Rita), Dennis, Steve (Cheri), Jeff and Sharon Myers (Alan); and his sister-in-law Pauline Tow. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and was expecting his first great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leroy's memory to the Kokomo Noon Kiwanis Foundation, envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
