She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard L. Rayl and Ladonna Rayl (McFarland). She is survived by: her husband James Rawls; her daughters, Amanda Newcomer (Eric) and Marissa Yang (Alan); her stepchildren, Kevin Rawls (Erin), Kristy Parrish (Sean) and Brad Rawls (Maggie); her grandchildren, Ali Rawls, Tanner Rawls, Hailey Parrish, Braxton Parrish, Sophie Rawls, Liam Rawls, Owen Rawls, Olive Newcomer, June Newcomer, Lylah Yang, Alice Yang, Claire Yang and Hazel Yang; and her siblings, David Rayl, Kyle Rayl, Dana Rayl West, Karen Robertson and Jan Rich. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In honor of her love for dogs, memorial contributions may be made in Julie's memory to the Kokomo Humane Society.
