She is survived by: her children, Carl Carpenter (Nancy), Leslie D. Carpenter (late Debbie), Keith Carpenter (Terri) and Roger Dale Carpenter. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; special nieces and nephews that were very close to her; and many other relatives and friends.

She donated chicken and noodles to We Care for over 30 years.
