She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Chambers and Margaret Chambers (Morris); and her parents-in-law, Cecil and Belva Coffey. She is survived by: her husband Cecil A. Coffey; her daughters, Janet Coffey (Carolyn Haynes) of Kokomo, Joan Shrock (Ryan) of Galveston and Julie Stephens (Joe) of Logansport; her grandchildren, Cheyanne Shrock of Galveston, Madison and Ainsley Dalton of Logansport; and her brother Max Chambers of Russiaville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Judy's memory to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
