We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, at the age of 69, Joseph Polk of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Brunswick, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Jane Pickering (Lamberson); his grandparents, Nellie, Clarence Polk, Orpha, Arthur Lamberson, Nancy and Dick Pickering; his niece Lisa Jackson; and his uncles, Roger "Tubby" Lamberson and Larry "Aug" Lamberson.
He is survived by: his father Donald Polk; his former spouse Philanna Mundy; his wife Anna; his children, Jonathan Polk (Kim) and Rachel Daily (David); his grandchildren, Caleb Joseph Daily, Caitlyn Nichole Polk, Jayven Matthias Polk, Tobias Andrew Polk and Evelyn Rose Polk; his sisters, Susan Grant (Greg) and Deborah Sedillo; his half-brother Donald Polk Jr. (Tamara); and his nieces and nephews, Carey Johnson (Dave), Greg Grant Jr., Josh Sedillo, Donald Polk III, Jilinda Johnson and Melissa Leutwyler (Eric).
