He is survived by: his wife Angela Dietzen; his siblings, Kristina Tribbett and Kerry Patterson (Shirley); his siblings-in-law, Julie Tennent (Randy), Chuck Dietzen, Vince Dietzen (Kasie), Connie Tishner, Sue Dietzen and Jill Patterson; his nieces and nephews, Jasmine Foster (Richard), Jenna Tribbett, Justina Kruis (Shawn), Kerrigan Patterson, Randy Tennent, Eddie Dietzen (Megan), Shannon Powell (Jay), Valerie Dietzen, Jordyn Dietzen, Wade Dietzen, Haley Dietzen (Chris), Ceyrstin Thomas, Ceyanne Thomas, Tanner Tishner, Kennedy Tishner and Sara Patterson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley Powell, Jace Powell, Mo Myers, JJ Patterson, Kalil Patterson, Ethan Foster, Jameson Foster, Addison Foster and Maddison Foster; his caregiver Angie; and his family, Dr. Sherri Nuss and Dr. Eric Tuchscherer.
