He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Rosa); his children, Kami McClain (Evan) of Noblesville, IN and Kelvin Vazquez (Michelle) of Kokomo, IN; his grandchildren, Braylon Morgan, Kalina, Adriana McClain and Bailee Vazquez; and his brothers, Carlos Vazquez (Kim), Jorge Vazquez (Laura), Jerry Vazquez (Ana) and Carmen Vazquez (Reynaldo Mendez). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
