We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2023, at the age of 78, John Richard Spencer (Kokomo, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Spencer and Dorothy Spencer; and his brother Philip Lee Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Judith Spencer (Kessler) of Kokomo; his children, John Jeffery Spencer (Jennifer) of Kokomo, Jodi Volkman (John) of Fresno and Morgan Camilo (Ronnie) of Kokomo; and his sister Karen Veach (Glen) of Bonita Springs, Florida. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 3 nephews.
