He was predeceased by: his father Earl "Wayne" Cardwell (Melissa Bourff); his grandparents, Omer, Josephine Bitner, Basil and Lois Cardwell; his sister Pamela Joan Young; and his brother-in-law Rodney Beauchamp.
He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Joan Cardwell (Bitner) of Michigantown; his sister Susan L. Beauchamp of Michigantown; his close friend Graham Manners; his nieces, Melissa Smith (Frankie) of Frankfort, Mandy Beauchamp of Frankfort and April Williams of Lebanon; and his nephew Kyle Beauchamp of Peru.
