With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joe Travis Blaylock (Kokomo, Indiana), born in Keiser, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2024 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Blaylock (Meyers); his father James Arthur Blaylock; and his siblings, James L. Blaylock, James Junior Blaylock, Robert Blaylock, Gary Blaylock and Genice Ferguson.
He is survived by: his sons, Joe Blaylock (Linda) of Kokomo, IN and Joshua Blaylock (Brian Chen) of New York City, NY; his stepson Eric Meyers (Angie) of Kokomo, IN; his grandchildren, Joelie Love Blaylock, Lennon Meyers, Maisy Meyers and Gage Meyers; and his siblings, Harold Blaylock (Sheila) of Massillon, OH, Betty Ziegler (Kenny) of Tipton, IN and Judy Jones of Massillon, OH.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
