It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Arthur Lindsey of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Summitville, Indiana, who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lindsey and Bernice Lindsey (Hinton); his wife Loralyn Anway; his sister Phyllis Mendham; and his brother-in-law Charles Bourdon.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. James Lindsey (Vicki) of Kokomo, IN, Janet McCauley (Greg) of Westfield, IN, Mark Lindsey (Priscilla), Marilyn Hensley (Chuck) of Cicero, IN and Susan Williams (Scott) of Yorktown, IN; his sister Joyce Bourdon of Whitehall, MI; and his in-laws, Hart Anway (Millie) and Mark Anway (Mary). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
