He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Williams and Hattie Williams (Underwood); and his siblings, Dennis Williams, Helen Shoemaker, Katherine Treska, Lyman Williams, George Williams and Charles Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Keefer; his children, Jason Meeks (Leslie), Scott Williams (Ann), Jared Williams and Kristen Southworth (Gary); his grandchildren, Zach Gloeckler (Brooke), Brandon Meeks, Brayden Williams, Kaiden Williams, Gabriel Williams, Landon Williams, Isabelle Southworth, Sophia Williams and Ian Southworth; his great grandchildren, Adalyn Gloeckler, Callie Gloeckler and Paislee Meeks; and his siblings, Fern Riley and Zelbert Williams (Nancy).
