He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Johnson; his stepdaughter Judy Cubert (Bob); his sister Barbara Griffith; and his niece Angela Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Johnson; his stepchildren, Kaye Orr (late Bill), Karen Pedigo (Scott) and Randy Bough (Denise); and his nephew Mike Griffith. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren; and 15 step-great-grandchildren.
