He was predeceased by: his father Jeff L. Spall. He is survived by: his wife Hollie D. Spall; his son Chase L. Spall; his mother Vicky D. Spall (Goudy); his brother Don Spall; his siblings-in-law, Krista Spall and Michael Riggle (Darell Flake); his parents-in-law, Richard Riggle, Virginia Riggle and Donna Ashbrook Meiring; and his nieces and nephews, Shelby Shiflet (Mitchell) and Garrett Spall. He is also survived by 2 great nieces and 1 great nephew.
