It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Ann Rouse of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Sullivan, Illinois, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jerry and Thelma Marie Donovan (Newbould); her husband Frank; and her brothers, Richard, Charles and David.

She is survived by: her niece Lauren Donovan; her stepchildren, Frank Rouse (Nica), Pete Rouse (Carol), Rob Rouse (Kim), Lisa Rouse and Lauri Frailley (Richard); and her nephew Dru. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
